Becky has over 15 years of experience in special risks insurance, working with both the Israeli and international insurance markets.

She advises and works with clients from a wide range of fields – publically traded corporations in Israel or abroad, large private corporations, venture capital funds, associations and others – in their routine operations, as well as providing support and drafting complex cover for milestone events such as IPOs’, mergers and acquisitions, tenders and investment agreements. She is also involved in the implementation of policies, consulting and follow up in claims, investigations, etc., in order to maximize clients’ rights as insureds.

She advises in areas of special risks to energy, technology, biotechnology and high-tech corporations, industrial plants, services and commerce organizations, medical institutions, financial institutions and investment houses, and accompanies some of Israel’s largest corporations in mega IPOs (in the USA, Europe and Israel), transfers of power, mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Becky advises medical institutions including health funds and private hospitals. She is responsible for the development and operation of a medical Professional liability insurance program for a new public hospital as of its establishment until today.
