Ran manages Directors and Officers Insurance Accounts, specializing in a range of areas: Publically traded corporations from a wide range of industries – traded in Israel or abroad, private corporations, associations, and others. Ran’s responsibilities include ensuring suitable cover to Directors’ operations as well as consulting and preparing complex coverages for milestone corporate events such as IPOs’, mergers and acquisitions. He is also involved in the issuance of policies, consulting and follow up in case of claims, investigations, etc., in order to maximize our clients’ rights as insureds.

As part of his role in the company’s legal department, Ran provides support in handling liability, indemnification and insurance clauses in contracts between the firm’s clients and third parties. This includes managing negotiations on these clauses in a wide range of areas including EPC and O&M agreements for large scale infrastructure projects such as the construction of power stations and desalination plants, while prioritizing clients’ best interests, adjusting contractual obligations to existing portfolios and modifying insurance cover based on the client’s business and operational needs.
